If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help. Please get in touch within 45 days of purchase.
You will have to cover postage to our London office and can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Click contact us and complete the entry with your order number, and reason for return. One of our advisors will contact you with returns information.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch within 45 days and we will do our best to resolve the matter fully.
All refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
